The way he talks to ppl with an attitude. If he were the one to pay for ppl’s wash. Approach towards people is extremely important."

"Update: PLEASE PLEASE fix the largest machine next to the sink in the back. I’ve mentioned this to the employees when I go for the past 3 months. It does not let out enough water, to the point that after a complete cycle, there are clothes still DRY! I have to dump A LOT of water in there from a bottle manually. I attempted to use the machine because after several complaints, if there’s not a “Not working” sign, I wrongly assumed it was fixed. It costs about $9 to wash in that machine. I use to drop off at this location and this time, I picked up my clothes and my delicate items were taken out of their protective bags. My expensive bras were messed up and taken out of shape. They ignored all my request and the clothes still felt grimey and had normal everyday spotting on them that a simple wash would’ve taken care of but smelled like dryer heat. I suspect they took all my clothes and put them straight in the dryer and attempted to wash whites but with no bleach. A quilt had a burn on them. Completely unacceptable I rated 2 stars because machines work great and I just decide to wash my clothes myself and mind my business when I go there but they are very rude. The woman who I believe is the owners wife is sweet. I don’t see her there often. And she washes the clothes very nicely and with care."

"I'm not a fan of leaving reviews but the lack of professionalism, lack of respect, lack of customer service, lack of self control, anger issues etc from the owner himself is absolutely appalling. Yesterday I went to do laundry with my baby & I had an issue with quarters getting stuck in 2 washing machines so I had to ask the owner for help. The owner angrily approached the machines, punched both coin entering slots to "fix" the issue. When I tried explaining the machines still wouldn't work on top of the fact that the quarters that were stuck went down the coin slot but the amount wasn't deducted from the washing machine fee total, the owner turned and just walked away. When I kindly called for the owners attention again, I told him "excuse me but you walked Away while I was still speaking to you and I still need help". He then got so angry and verbally aggressive that he wouldn't take a second to shut up and listen to my issue to then understand the problem. He went off on a rant, arguing about him knowing his machines etc, probably cursing me out in his language. What could've had a simple solution turned into a big argument that ended up with the owner screaming, and continously got too close to my face which made me feel like I was being attacked while with my daughter. Numerous times I asked the owner to just make the machines work and let go the issue because there was no reason to get loud, disrespectful or in a sense assault a woman all because he can't control his anger problems in order to effectively listen and determine how to fix the issue at his own business. Instead of letting it go, the arguing and getting in my face continued for quite a few minutes. It wasn't until I felt threatened& scared of catching covid not maintaining 6ft! that I screamed at him to drop it& just let me finish washing because he was scaring my daughter and disrespecting me for no valid reason other than his anger problems that he walked away finally. Not once did he apologize, not once did he care that he was not only speaking to a customer but also a woman and I was with my baby who got so scared during this encounter. Although the laundromat itself is okay(that's the only reason why I gave lt 2 stars)& the rest of the staff are great, the owner needs to change his attitude and the way he approaches costumers. He clearly has some serious anger management issues and needs to take some courses on how to speak to customers. He frequently has issues with customers and since he's the owner, he feels as if he could get away with it all. I've used this laundromat for so many years since it opened, I'm not the arguing or starting problems type of person, i just needed the machines fixed and all the drama and assault wasn't necessary. The only reason why I didn't call the cops was because I saw how scared my baby got and I didn't want to escalate the issue. I couldn't leave at the moment because I had other machines already washing but honestly, it's infuriating that I cannot even go do laundry in peace without encountering such a horrible situation like this one. Now I'm dealing with my anxious 4 year old who is now afraid of going to the laundromat because she saw when he got in my face as if he were ready to throw punches. Rudest, most disrespectful man ever!"

"I use to come here and drop off my clothes once or twice a week to wash. . They are a little expensive compared to other places. Also that .85 a pound doesnt really add up. It's usually 1 dollar or 2 more than the actual weight of the clothes. I love the way they washed so I didn't mind paying the extra dollar or two. Until one day they ruined 4 of my t shirts 2 pair of pants and 3 underwears. They were died with a red tint on all of them. I went the next day asking to speak to manager and all I got was I don't know when they are here. Worst service I ever experienced and I will never again leave anything to wash in this horrible place."
