"I been a great customer for 3 years at this laundromat and I swear to you the older 2 ladies always been great to me . there is a younger women that works there disgusted me I was there before 4 pm it shows in the camera that I was in front of the door with my baby and when I knock she rolled her eyes and twirled her neck and face with an attitude and told me when she open no I can’t come in I told her I been coming here since I moved here an it wasn’t 4 pm yet and showed her the time n said it says last wash at 4 an ends at 6 I said I would of been done before that time San said no she wants to go home I hateeeeee unprofessional people like that I worked at a bank western union nursing home an others in my 41 years an I never did that to a customer patient or family member disgusted if she continues to work there I will never go back and stop other Ms from going as well that I know bcz that behavior was disgusting"
"Horrible service, the Albanian lady is very rude and is no help at all ,can’t answer a simple question. Machines are messed up , i always end up with stains on washed clothes ! DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE ! I switched to Right-way laundromat and they do drop off and pick up in the same day. Never coming to this laundromat again"
"The old lady who wore sunglasse with blond hair worked there is very rude. She should retirement if she she tired and can not be nice with customers. One of the customers told me she is always like that. Please if you go there , dont ask her about machines, she is very impolite."
"Probably the worst laundromat in the Bronx. Do not bring any clothes there or use anything of them. Brought them clothes to wash, dry and fold. More than half of my clothes are ruined with stains all over them. Never felt more disappointed to have so many of my clothes ruined and the best part about it all is they are not responsible. Meanwhile all the clothes dropped off to them came back with the same stains of grease marks all over them. Do not give them any business and will not be back again. Why a disappointment and a loss of words at how many items of mine were ruined and expensive wear as well. DO NOT GO!!! Even if it’s you doing it. All machines are messed up and will ruin your clothes."
"Machines are expensive....but large and medium machines can hold alot. They are also faster and time saving. The place is clean and the atmosphere comfortable. The laundry card can be a pain at first. The staff is friendly and helpful."
