Actual rules, very do it yourself with little need to ever talk to staff who are quite friendly, honestly. Best of all, open 24/7. Great for those of us who work odd hours. "I've never called a laundromat beautiful before, until today, that is. This place is clean, spacious, and esthetically pleasing. The entire storefront is glass, letting in copious amounts of sunlight during the day and a lovely city view at night. Lovers of laundromats will LOVE this place and its vibe. Even their laundry card looks nice, and the machines use a unique tap-to-read NFC technology similar to using a debit card with a chip. There's no swiping or inserting! Just tap! The prices are reasonable for a service of this quality. 3-load machines are $7.49 for a 30-minute cycle. Unlike other laundromats in the area, I'm yet to experience any weirdness."

"This place is the worst laundromat on Boston road they took my clothes and told me they would inform me when there finish and 3 days after I follow my friend to the same laundromat to wash is clothes only to realize my bags of dirty clothes were left outside without any notice no phone calls no message nothing so I called it to the attention to the worker that night and he was like oh he don’t know why was that happened, I was upset my clothes that I put on my skin I trusted this place with only to be left unwashed on the ground , I would NOT recommend this place!!!"

"I visited this laundromat for the first time this morning. It won’t be my last! I have a laundromat 3 blocks away from my home. I got tired of spending an hour cleaning the machines before I used them. The worst part was cleaning all that slime from the fabric softener compartment! The music was always loud and lewd. I wanted a change, so I went on line to do my research and came across this laundromat. The majority of the reviews were amazing so I figured, why not. It’s not close to home so I had to take an Uber there. Let me tell you, I was amazed at how clean everything looked. The floors! The machines were shiny! The folding tables were void of dust and dirt! People weren’t piled on top of each other! There are multiple tv sets here in different sections, but they weren’t competing with each other. I thought to myself this was too good to be true so I lifted the hood that covered the compartments for the soap and fabric softener. Spotless…No grimy residue! Somebody here truly cares about customer service! I never thought I would write a review about a laundromat, but this experience was worth sharing. I’m adding an extra $20+ to take a cab to and from here on laundry day, but I cannot go back to adding an extra hour to do laundry, simply because I have to clean the dirty machines before using them."
