"The place have gotten horrible. The place is always dirty and unsanatized. There's laundry basket all over the place. Garbage on the floor even those dryer sheets. Which makes me slip in every step( must be waiting for a lawsuit) Some of the evening staffs are asleep and hiding behind clothing and they get upset when we need service. Owner need to pay attention to the camera staffs. They lost my 10 years of business. My business is now up the block at another laundromat."

"I came here for the first time to wash my couch covers and a blanket on my own my boyfriend drops off his clothes here all the time so i thought why not have a laundry day… i live across the street i went to get a cart while the covers were drying when i came back MY STUFF WAS GONE- nowhere to be found worker there was not friendly or helpful even when i first got there and EVEN after telling him someone just literally stoled my things. I don’t even know what to think and why someone would steal couch covers that only fit my couch. I’m shocked it was stolen honestly don’t even know what else to say but i woNt be coming back Ever."

"Sundays are arguably the busiest day for washing, but thats not the problem. The problem is when you have staff telling you that you can't use a machine because its for employees only, when it clearly states that 4am - 11am for employees. After 11am you have employees wanting to use all the machines and to make it worse, 80% of the washing machines out of service."

"This laundromat is terrible. About 70% of the washers are out of service. And they say that you can't use a third of the machines from 4:00 - 11:00AM for the drop-off service. Yet after 11, the employees don't allow you to use the machines. They argue with you even if you are already putting your clothes in the washers. Then about 30% of the dryers are also out of service. It makes no sense. Every week another machine is out of service. There seems to be very little maintenance. Not to mention the garbage cans are overflowing and the drop off bags block your path to the restroom and dryers on that side of the floor Not going back again."
