From the estimate to the installation of our whole house water filter, Micci was on time, accommodating of our schedules, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Mike Micci was great. The office staff is great when I called to schedule installation. During the installation, they took their time to do the work right the first time. They also didn’t quote us one price and then try to tack on more costs. The price of the estimate was the price we paid. Finally, they were super clean and left our house as clean as when they arrived. I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and his team, and I would recommend them to anyone I know."

"Will was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable! We will DEFINITELY be using them again!!! Will came back again (for a different issue) and was the best!! He was polite, helpful, neat, and friendly, and cleaned up after the jobs were done! He also suggested I call the company to ask for a refund, which I would not have thought of on my own 3 years after purchasing 2 toilets, but because of Will’s suggestion, we are getting a FULL refund of the toilets we purchased 3 years ago!
