All Island Restoration

"I have previously used All Island Restoration for flood damage in my own home and was impressed with the quality of work. As a result, when my mom had a flood in her home, we decided to use All Island again. Our restoration project manager, Joe Fiorella, did an excellent job of interacting with the insurance company to ensure that items not initially covered in their estimate were paid for (without our having to become involved with the insurer). Joe worked extremely well with a challenging timeline, and the quality of his crew’s work was excellent. His patience in dealing with me, my brother and mom was outstanding as he frequently answered questions multiple times. I can’t recommend All Island and Joe enough!"

"Where would our family be without this hard working extra mile company???? After a major leak that led to demolition of two bathrooms and a dining room with a mold problem , AIR stepped in when other contractors had no idea what to do ! They worked so well with the insurance company, establishing a seamless relationship that had all aspects of the job covered with great detail. Corinne, Amanda , Joe and the cowboy were so kind and knowlegible our renovations came out better than I ever expected . They Became like family . Well done AIR , Jay you have a fantastic company and I’m referring like crazy!"

Amanda coordinated everything in a timely manner and was very helpful and patient with our questions, Mariusz Demetri, Michael and Billy did great with repairs, painting and wood floor installation which came out great. Everyone was respectful, neat and kind. We very much appreciate these people and company for completing everything in a timely manner and going the extra mile to make help us. We were blessed with this company and thank God for you all."

"They just finished my bathroom, finished it in under 3 weeks. They were great throughout the whole process, couldn't be happier with how the bathroom turned out. Bathroom was totally gutted and now brand new, they were very clean and thorough throughout the 3 weeks. Joe the Project Manager was especially kind and helpful. He helped give us his opinion and ideas and really did a great job managing the job."

"Fantastic experience with All Island Restoration so far. Filing an insurance claim is stressful but all island took all of the stress out of this process. They really go above and beyond for their customers in every way. From the first time speaking with Jessica at All Island i knew we were in fantastic hands. She is always responsive professional and goes above and to assist anytime i call in with a question. Tommy and his crew were just as easy to work with. My biggest thank goes to Corrine our project manager she was beyond amazing. I had a million questions and there was never a time that she wasnt there for me. I am very picky and she along with the contractors addressed our every need and came back multiple times to make our bathroom perfect.
