"I recently had my bathtub replaced with a walk in shower by Elite Bathroom. We had the Kohler Luxestone products installed. This was not a complete gut and remodel but more of a refresh with the bath to shower element being the biggest change. We have a 75 year old house and wanted to maintain some of the character of the existing bathroom, including the existing non-shower walls and cast iron baseboard radiators. We also wanted to install a walk in shower that would be safe for my mother. This project had some challenges. Everything did not "go according to plan" as is often the case in home remodeling projects. John at Elite was very professional and responsive to addressing my concerns. Elite came back multiple times to install and address different issues without charging me anything additional or making me feel like I was unreasonable. They provided a few upgrades that were not in the original contact, including a customized cast iron radiator cover, and upgrade to the shower hose and an additional grab bar. The radiator cover, in particular, was a huge project outside the scope of what I expected as they had to have a metal worker customize a cast iron cover to size. Elite also installed some items that I had purchased to install myself. As a result, even though there were some hiccups, the bathroom is absolutely perfect and will be safe for my mother. The products and workmanship in the finished bathroom are very high quality. We are forever free of cleaning grout and the shower walls have the feel of quality tile not plastic or acrylic. I think the price that we paid, taking into account the quality and the responsiveness of the company, was very fair. I would recommend Elite Bath and the Kohler Luxstone product to anyone who is interested in remodeling their bathroom."
