"Do not try to buy a house from these people. We were told best and final offers, placed ours against no other bids, and they continued to negotiate a price after this. Then, after agreeing to go higher, they suddenly ghosted us. Finally when we get a reply, we found out they had used our bid to negotiate with another buyer to up the sale.They held onto our bid, screwing someone else into overpaying. It is extremely backhanded and shady. We will avoid any houses for sale by them from here on out, because clearly, they have no problem ghosting buyers, and forcing bids higher using any means necessary. Sorry for the people who overpaid on the house, had we known that they were going to use us like that, there wouldnt have been a bid for you to go against."
