"My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Sandy McAllister at Gilbo Realty for the purchase of our home in The Villages, FL. We started our search from our current home in the Seattle area. We set up our search criteria on the Gilbo Realty website and began receiving daily notifications of potential homes. For the next few weeks we identified specific homes of interest and watched Mark Gilbo’s YouTube updates about The Villages. After the 4th of July we flew to The Villages to meet with Sandy and tour over 15 homes we were interested in seeing. "Never selected this agent Mark Gilbo to work for me and never would if I ever needed and agent. Sent an inquiry out because I’m a FSBO, just offering to work with agents if they bring clients to our open house. I was Being proactive and marketing our house to get the best open house possible. He responded with such a rude comment I’m surprised anyone works with him. Every other realtor I talked to was kind and extremely nice, I’ve done this for past houses I’ve sold, but apparently instead of kindly just disregarding or saying I’m not interested came back with such a rude and snarky comment."
