"I called Smith on a AC system issue for a unit they installed that needed to get fixed. I texted them a picture at their request. Nothing was discussed as to who if anyone was or is responsible to fix. I needed it addressed .The response I receive back via text was as follows……. “Matthew said it looks like water is coming off of the roof or a landscaper is hitting it with a weed wacker. It has to do with the field conditions and is not our responsibility.” Neither of the suggestions I believe to be true. Talk about a blow off….Besides that’s how you treat a customer? For my money I’ll go elsewhere from now on and perhaps you should too."
