"Beattie Avenue in Lockport they gave less than 24 hour notice of 5 hour power outage. Outage scheduled for 5 hours and I don't have a generator to stay warm, the temperature tomorrow is only 33 degrees. I have 5 pets in my home, no friends to go to. Why didn't you do this work with telephone poles rewiring this summer? and thanks for the old ugly pole instead new one."
"Horrible company with complete disrespect for property owners. They were recently around Lockport for weeks cutting trees down. They walk through peoples yards, block driveways, make a mess with their tree cutting and their workers stand around in the road and don’t move unless you’re about to hit them."
"Has no care for people sleeping or peoples sleeps schedules when in a residential area. Woke me up from working third shift all weekend not only that they blocked my driveway and believe me if I ever need shut cut down I would definitely not go to a place that thinks it’s ok to be in a residential area and start cutting down limbs at 7 in the morning with no regard about anyone’s wellbeing classic Lockport vibe tho no surprise there. Hi back again now I’ll be honest you guys definitely waited a little longer to start your work. But no surprise you guys are back a few days later and now not only did your workers walk on my property without my permission but now the limps you are cutting are falling and destroying my front part of my lawn and to top it off when I call there is such a disconnect of communication when your secretary has to talk to somebody to find out about a job you guys are working on. Now my front part of my lawn is destroyed and the amount of sawdust in my yard won’t come out for months it’s like sand."
