"Shawn Wagner, what can I say,THIS YOUNG MAN DESERVES A BONUS AND RAISE. He called to tell me he was on his way and approximately what time he would be here. I asked him to do my a favor and call me when he was almost here so I could put my 2 Jack Russells in their crates as they are barkers and overly protective and are hard to get into their crates with strangers coming in the house. That meant a lot to me. As for his work.... AWESOME, he spent 2 hours getting rid of the drain clog, yes, I realize that's his job and he does it very, very well. I am a widow and currently on disability Shawn went through and found every coupon and discount he could give me!!! I can't say enough great things about Shawn Wagner awesome young man!!!
