"My Dog locked me out of my truck, I called keyme and when I pressed lock out emergency I was redirected to a live person. She took my information and told me that she just confirmed a technician was in the area and was dispatch and that they will be calling me to leave my lines open. So after thirty minutes I called back and told the lady that I have not heard from anyone yet. She then tells me the technician canceled the call. I asked why has no one contacted me. She tried to say it was cancelled due to me having my dog in the truck and that I should call the police. I told her her that doesn't make sense and that I will be calling back in a minute cause I want my 149 dollars refunded back to me but I need to reach out to someone fast. Lady at the rest stop told me about Ron's body and paint, so I called and within 20 mins they were here, and they didn't charge me till after they opened my door which took 5 mins. So I've been trying to call keyme back and isn't it convenient now they only allow there 24 hr automated system work asking for the zip code of where the vehicle is located and when you input it in it tells me no one is available in my area and hangs up. No way for me to talk to a person even though it says 24hr emergency... KEYME IF YOU READ THIS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. AND GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS I will try once again tomorrow"

"It was easy to make our key copies at the KeyMe kiosk in Bed Bath & Beyond in Binghamton, NY. They arrived in the mail a few days later and all worked perfectly both opening my car door and starting the ignition. My only minor challenge at the kiosk was getting the drop down menu to work to select my state when entering my address to have my keys sent, but after working at it for a few minutes I finally got it to work. I would have preferred getting my key copies to cut and dispense immediately from the kiosk but it was okay getting them in the mail."
