"Horrible place went to pick up my friends engagement ring for their big day and this place screwed us completely. We never got the ring and they took the money. We are now consulting with the lawyer and possibly the police. Stay far away from the scam place"

"Went in there this morning, a guy was sitting on the phone and the woman behind the counter asked what I needed and I said I needed a battery in my watch.. She said ok I’ll take your name and number and we’ll call you when it’s ready.. I was like , FOR A BATTERY (which takes less then 5 minutes to do) and she’s like “ well he’s on the phone” I was so disgusted that I left and went to jewrely by Michelle!! What nice PROFESSIONAL people!! Apparently if you’re not going to spend thousands of dollars at this place they could care less what you need!! As to Enricos comment back, THAT SIMPLY DID NOT HAPPEN!! The girl NEVER said that I would be helped after you were done on the phone!!! And I NEVER gave her my watch!! So NO I did NOT grab it out of her hands aggressively!! And as for the explicit comment, are you freaking kidding me?!? I said this is ridiculous and I left the store!! It’s really sad and pathetic how someone leaves you a bad review and you turn it around with a bunch of LIES!!!! DEFINITELY NOT SOMEONE I WOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH!!"
