"34 yrs ago my father and mother bought a heart with rose charm and a necklace for my 16th birthday when Michele's shop was in Pathmark shopping center. I'm turning 50 in January and my father passed away and I wanted to wear it knowing he would still be with me at my party.. The necklace wasn't long enough so I reached out to Michele cause we live in Florida and she made it happen. Received necklace today and it's absolutely perfect and beautiful. We love you Michele and a million times we thank you from our hearts"

"We have been using Jewelry By Michele for over 25 years. Michele always goes above and beyond. About 20 years ago my husband bought me a bracelet that I absolutely LOVED! Over the years of daily wear and tear, I'd go in to get a pin repaired here and there, after many years, it was time to trade it in for a new one. The new one my husband picked out was nice, but it just wasn't like my old one.Michele could see I was not happy, and asked me what I wanted to do, I said I wish I could have my OLD bracelet back. She said ,let me see what I can do. We'll, she found a place that had the EXACT one....20 years later!! I couldn't be happier!! Michele has been there for us for engagement rings, wedding bands, crosses for christenings, and many holiday gifts in between. She is honest and will go out of her way to make her customers happy. "Bought my sister a necklace for Christmas and she accidentally broke it, since Michelle’s is my local jeweler decided to stop by to see if she can fix it for me. No problem except she had a negative nasty attitude complaining, “This is what happens when you buy cheap hollow jewelry” not to mention I tried to do the right thing by getting my 15 year old sister her first real gold rope. Thank you for the insult when I worked for that. Then when taking my jewelry she dropped the clasp. When I got home I called back almost right away and decided I didn’t want to give this store my money and said I have some protection on it I’m going to take it back to where I got it, really because they had nothing nice to say and had horrible attitudes. When I went to pick up my jewelry they didn’t return the clasp (when she had admitted to dropping it 10 minutes earlier) her response to me asking for my clasp was, “you have coverage on it so why does it matter anyway”. This establishment is horrible, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in every way. Michelle had a good name for herself but this isn’t the first time I’ve walked in there and received attitude and nasty comments about everything I have to say."
