"We had a stellar experience with Richard at Cartier Hudson Yards and purchased an absolutely gorgeous Ballon Bleu watch. We booked an appointment through the Cartier website and let them know which watches we were looking for, as we were coming in from out of state on vacation. Richard texted us that he had the watches in stock, and we were shown everything we wanted to see. Not only was Richard friendly and courteous, he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the watch models, a true expert! He made the experience so pleasant that we will work with him when we are in NYC again or even remotely. We called him to get help with the warranty information after we returned home, and he was just as helpful and professional as he was in the store. They had a great selection of watches, and I found that they had watches that were not listed as available on the website. So make the appointment before you go to give them a chance to prepare for your visit. 5 stars!!"

"I can’t speak for the other sales associates but we had the pleasure of being helped by Lorenzo. We initially came in to inquire about rings and he had helped us. We were looking specifically for dual ring boxes and while I know they aren’t always accommodating, Lorenzo understood it was important to me and made sure we were able to get it. We ended up having to cancel an appointment, rescheduled and then ended up being late for the one we rescheduled. Lorenzo was not only understanding but super accommodating. He didn’t make us feel like we were wasting his time and we really appreciated that. He took his time to answer all the questions we had, no matter how silly it was. Overall, it was an absolute great experience and we will definitely be coming back to see him!"

Andrea fit me into the schedule right away and was flexible when I was running late. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and sat me down right away.
