"These are low class humans stealing money from old ladies and anyone else they can manage to lie to, avoid this bank branch at all costs, they tell hundreds of lies and use that as an excuse to go directly against their customers wishes, take you business anywhere else, these people are complete CROOKS out to rob you don't let their nice appearance fool you they are very unethical in their practices and policys. STAY AWAY."
"Terrible horrible people in this bank branch I tried helping an elderly neibhor of mine by giving her 250$ of my own money to open a stock market account for her and theses ignorant bankers tell her lies lies and more lies and throw around accusations of fraud at their customers, freeze her bank accounts and put us through hours of hassle my advice is do not bank here ever, I switched out my paycheck direct deposit out of this bank immediately, I have a license through the state to trade stocks and they have been nothing but nosey nobody's causing problems and freezing accounts and going agaisnt their customers wishes, do not ever bank here, take your buisness elsewhere"
"Worst ran bank branch I have ever seen was told by the teller there was a 10% fee for cashing a check if you don't have an account. Well was not told actually was just shorted in a sealed envelope I opened and counted right there and asked where the missing money was she said there was a 10% fee. So asked for the check back. Later in the day I called to speak to the branch manger and was then told on the phone that the fee was 2%. HHMmmmm Sounds to me like a M&T bank in Little Falls needs to be audited."
"M&T has been the worst bank to deal with, this branch included. I gave them a second chance out of convenience after having several issues with my first account, but will be closing my account soon."
