"Just wanted to share my opinion on this storage facility and the crooks that work there. After three years of having a storage locker and them constantly raising the rent on me, I decided to move my stuff out. After 6-7 failed attempts to reach someone at the place to get proper instruction and time frames. The employees there are rude and very short tempered, I moved out on 7/1/24 and they wanted to charge me for the whole month. I attempted to speak to the district manager (Eric Lopez) who was harder to reach than the president. He told me multiple times that he will take care of the charges for me. Well he is a liar and a POS as a person and a manager. They send me to collections and of course being a smart person I paid to put this behind me. Beware of this place and the way they do business. There are plenty of better options for storage in the area."

"I rented a unit for 2.5 months and loved the service. Staff is very friendly. I was shown a unit to make sure it would suit my needs. Another unit I was considering did not work out as I was warn that it was an overhead space. Facility looks clean and pleasant to be in. I had to buy a lock as I was not prepared. So you can bring your own, I think."

Atlantic Ballroom:

"The rate is increased for 25-30% about every half of year. The Knapp facility has broken elevators. Only 3 carts for the whole facility. It closes at 6 PM, so it is not possible to access it after the work during the weekdays. The stuff is quite friendly and helpful."
