Their staff is the best! They were very quick to respond, very professional, and did a great job. They offered a military discount and work with us by installing the heater and allowed us to pay them when we got paid weeks later. "This company is great! They provided an exact time the day prior unlike previous companies I've used who give up to a 5 hour window. They were there exactly on time, which is impressive when you think about what they may have come across earlier in the day to make them early. They fixed the issue with the furnace in no time and said that the 2005 high-efficiency unit is running well and looks to have a lot of life left. Suggested not to consider replacement anytime soon, but provided a specific amount to budget for when we do wish to do so in the future. I won't be calling anyone else ever again. Cannot ask for anything else. Non-commission based company. Courteous. Fast. Great staff. Small business. Local. Reasonably priced."

"My AC broke down. They were able to send someone over fast. The staff who inspected the units explained everything. They recommended fixed to all 3 units we have though I only asked about 1. The crew came and replaced two units later and serviced our furnace without me asking or any additional charge. We accidentally cut the cords in the backyard, they came and found the problem, fixed it for us without any charges. The staff in the office is on top of communication and was super friendly and helpful. Love this company. Highly recommend."

I knew going into this investigation I was going to need a new unit. Staff and I talked about what would be right for my house and myself. I was very happy to come up with a affordable unit and I was very pleased when it could be installed in only one day. The installation crew was very careful to cover my storm shelter in my garage to keep as much dirt and dust out. There were no surprises and no additional charges.
