"Wanted to take pics of boats and the bridge and city skyline. It was very hard to get parking on this road, but we did find a spot by this look out. There were a handful of families there, a few people fishing and another photographer looking for the comet. It was nice to hear the waves on the rocks and see everything all lit up at night."

"Real nice memorial plaza. Fantastic view. Very photogenic neighborhood. Some benches and most important always a breeze. Great people watching spot. Busy road with on street parking. Plenty of room for the kids to run. This is a busy harbor so it's great for watching the big ships."
