"Avoid at all costs, as their behavior is beyond insulting. The plumber was four hours late, did not notify of lateness in advance, came in, gave a 10-second look and immediately demanded $150 for "work". He showed up at the very end of the business day when no work could be done, since all part stores were closed. He was very vague about when he'd be able complete the project and how much time it would require to get the part. When I questioned this unique practice, the owner on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful; he also threatened with collectors. So I wasted half of my day just waiting for them and then got demands for payment with no actual work being done. I've never seen anything like this."

"I'm using Homeserve Insurance for a burst pipe leading to the kitchen Sink and they sent Rudy's to me, I have a crawlspace and they showed up and saw two inches of standing water and said I needed to have pumped and dried, I called my home insurance to have it done, and the water had drained do on it's own seeing how it was only at the entrance, so I tried to get Rudy's back and they wouldn't answer the phone, so called Homeserve back and they sent me Mr Rooter and they did the job hassle free."
