Have been here a few times over the course of a few years- unfortunately for me because of the various issues with my car, but I'm so thankful to have such a trustworthy shop. "I’m a bit late in sharing my fantastic experience at Upstate Imports! I brought my 2013 Audi Q5 in because the blower motor and regulator needed to be fixed. Matt was so accommodating and so so nice! They did a complete inspection of my entire car. This list let me know what needs to be done at some point! I was very surprised at that because now I know what needs to done now and what can wait a bit. I was very appreciative of this. My old girl works perfectly now and I am so happy!
