"This church when I was a child I came to Bishop Washington as a child and told him about the abuse that was going on he did nothing in regards to it I had bruises all over my body stitches on the side of my head another gash on the other side a tooth missing he did nothing. In 1980 the family that I was fostered into moved me to South Carolina because of what had became known I am now 53 years old and I still feel nothing for the church nothing for religion so thank you Bishop FD Washington"

"I was raised up in this church, baptized in this church as a child ,sang in the Celestial Choir as a teenager. Bishop F.D.Washington was my pastor. Rev Timothy Wright was my choir director. I hold high regard to this church, this where I met God and this was and always will be my home. My mother was dedicated to this church,worked in my the kitchen for many years. Sis. Ida L. Terry."
