"Packages that leave from this location may sit at origin office for a week before they load it on the truck. Had a package sit there until after it's delivery date before moving to the next location in NY (distribution center) and sitting for a few more days. There is no excuse for delaying packages. People pay for the service and should be refunded when the USPS doubles delivery time."

"The girls are nice but omg why is it only 1-2 people working. It's sooooooo slow and there are so many people waiting. They seem helpful but so far I've only come to waste my time. Packages are always lost. Redeliveries don't actually redeliver, things that are supposed to be in the office are not. They just might fix consumerism!"
