"First off, Please UPDATE Your ADDRESS on Google! You have the wrong Street number (465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd suite 206 here) and your website has 495 2nd Floor. As a result, google maps took me to the employee parking lot which I couldn’t turn around in and then walked to the wrong building. Second, I called several times asking what documents I need to bring with me in addition to my form. First time I called, woman who answered my questions wasn’t very helpful as to what I need to bring and seemed a little annoyed. Not something anyone needs when they’re mourning the sudden & unexpected death of their mother. Any time after that, it got a more specific but not clear or specific enough on what documents I needed to bring. As it turns out, I didn’t need one of the forms they told me I needed to fill out when I got there and it was one that I paid to have notarized. I wish they could just know what questions to ask you so that they can tell you simply and clearly the first time on what forms you need to fill out and what documents to bring. So frustrating, the back and forth, confusion, extra time, delay and money this cost me. Btw, no condolences received. I guess they say it too much? It could’ve been worse. The in- person visit was better however, giving two stars because it was hard to find due their google business page not updated. Thank You"

"I have called this office several times with no return call, I have emailed several times with no return correspondence. I understand that everyone is short and doing more with less, but to be totally ignored is not good business practice. If I could give them no stars I would."
