"I think personal interaction and managing expectations go a very long way towards running a successful business. I called Advantage with a title company question and asked for help. The staff who answer the phones are very accommodating. I asked if I could speak with someone, and was told to send an email, but that I would get a reply within 20 minutes. An hour or so later, I called back to make certain Advantage got my email, which they had. I was told Kathy Randazzo would be helping me. I hadn’t received a reply to my question yet, but didn’t expect one so soon. But, I thought I might get an acknowledgement of the email, at least. It’s now well into the afternoon of the next day. So, I called back again, and asked to speak to Kathy Randazzo. I was put on hold. I was then told Kathy Randazzo said I needed to consult an attorney. The email I had sent clearly stated that I had already consulted three different attorneys, got three different answers to my title question, and that was why I was contacting a title company. I asked if Kathy Randazzo had actually read my email. The best the person handling my call could do was to patch me through to Kathy Randazzo’s voice mail. I left a message, and have still not gotten a call from Kathy Randazzo. While the people who answer the phones at Advantage are accommodating, Kathy Randazzo wouldn’t even take five minutes to talk to me. Even a quick reply that showed she read my email, and didn’t feel comfortable answering my question, would have negated my need to write this review. Based on how I was treated by Kathy Randazzo, I will never do business with Advantage."
