"FOR ANYONE READING THESE REVIEWS, HEED THE WARNINGS. There is a reason there’s almost the same amount of 1star and 5star reviews. These crooks are great and friendly when you first go in but once they’ve secured your business they do a complete 180. Before you go with OMF make sure you explore ALL OF YOUR OPTIONS. Getting approved and receiving the loan took about a week and a half which is no big deal but if you ever need their help they will NOT DO ANYTHING for you. Not to mention their ridiculous interest fees. If you’re at your wits end and really need financial assistance they will approve you but they will also take FULL advantage and charge you every single penny they can, you will end up paying almost double the amount you were given. While I understand I signed a contract, I have also spoken to multiple people affiliated with them, including their insurance creditor, who told me that I could ask them(branch) what would be sufficient proof for them. I called to let them know I wasn’t driving my car and if there was anyway I could provide them proof of that so that I wouldn’t have to keep paying an extra $360/mo for insurance and I was met with the assistant manager Tom giving me a nasty condescending attitude while reading back the terms of agreement. I can’t speak for anyone else but in my experience with Tom, this is a company of crooks who don’t have the slightest sense of customer service. It’s not like I asked to pay less on my loan, I just don’t want to be wasting money on a parked car that isn’t moving. Tom didn’t even want to hear it, immediately gave me an attitude in a condescending tone of voice. Make sure you explore ALL options before deciding to deal with these people."

The funds were in my account the next day. Get the insurance they offer , with today’s world you never know what you happen in life. You will pay a little more but at least your covered just in case.
