"Wish I didn't have to repeat myself like a parrot with one employee named Debbie and then call back 2 more times to finally get an answer from the assistant manager Paulina about an inter office paper transfer from NJ to NY to get an automatic payment for a safe deposit box taken care. This should have been offered the day I opened up the account. To add to it, neither employee asked for my account or social to even see if my account was taken care of, and the feeling of I could care less about you as a customer, shined bright like a diamond!!!"

"I am 63 years old and have been using Richmond County Savings Bank now NYCB for checking and savings since I was 18 because of the good service but mainly due to their extended hours, the mall location open till 9pm and 7 days a week. Why are they still limiting their hours ? It has been over a year now that we are dealing with this virus, we know what works to combat it. It’s time to return to prepandemic hours ! Come on! Closing branches at 4 pm makes it impossible to do banking .... maybe it’s time to look at another bank that still caters to the clients. TD bank has gone back to prepandemic hours , with Sunday hours , who can possibly do their banking during working time … it’s time to switch all accounts to TD"

"Customer service is extremely horrible. They come off as if they don't want to answer any of your questions and if they do they roll there eyes. All you get is nasty attitudes and while your still in the bank they will talk trash about you as if your not even there. One person will tell you one thing and then once you bring logic into the conversation the whole story changes and they go back on what they originally told you they would do for you. If I could give 0 stars I would and I will never recommend anyone opening an account with Richmond County Savings Bank."
