"on regular usage I would say 5 stars - as using this branch for many years. To my surprise, when I needed Notary Public - they do not have one - strange for the bank branch - so 3 stars. Got it at TD bank - asked lady at te entry who was greetings customers iif they have Notary Public- she replied - That will be me! - and have job done in 30 seconds - not even asking if I have TD bank account. Update: one year later - bunch of employees no one has notary public license... they don't care"
"Branch manager was very disrespectful towards my disabled mother. She needs assistance in signing her name which I was there to help with but the manager insisted he could not help her since she could not sign on her own. Disgusting and I should report you to the police as he went completely against the ADA Act. Forget the branch managers name but you sir are going to hell for treating a disabled woman this way. Unprofessional and will be switching to a bank that does not operate a certain way towards disabled people."
"I went here to get a cashier's check. The staff were all nice and everyone greets you. I had a problem with my name on the check. It wasn't printing as what my name is in the system. At first, the teller said she can't fix it but after a little encouraging, she asked her supervisor and they called headquarters who fixed my name in the system. It wasn't even their fault which is why I'm so happy they helped fix it and issued me a new cashiers check right away."
"My home bank where everyone knows my name. They even take my phone calls and will check my statements, do my transfers and fixed a very personal problem. They feed me lollipops and bring coffee when I am waiting. Great service-but I still don't need financial planning! Long lines on pay day Fridays. The tellers speak Russian for the clients. The machines always work and they have a hand sanitizer on the way out."
