"Extremely unhelpful staff, I walk in branch was empty (no customers) I needed personal and business account. Spanish lady comes to me with pice of cake on a plate and talks to me wile eating, and tells me you need to bring company papers to open a business account, I told her I have them on my phone, I can email them to her, she said no I need an actual paper. I told her I can email them to her and she can print them out ( only 3 pieces of paper filing receipt, tax id, certificate of incorporation) she said no I can’t, I asked why you can’t, only supervisor can do it and she is not currently available and she continues eating a cake. It felt like I am in grocery store not a bank, weariest experience ever"

The spanish lady who always eating is the last person i ever want to talk to at this location. They not needed. Just the ATM. Thank you for no help ever.
