The teller whose name is Justin showed me how you go above and beyond for the client. He literally kept on picking the $100 bill one by one. "Came in seeking assistance with process I started in another, far away from me, branch. An Asian-American banker lady flat out told me it's not possible, and she does not have permission to help me with my case. I tried to explain to her that it is possible (there are exceptions, if I have a signed letter from the 1st party), since I started that process in the other branch. She didn't want to hear me out, and due to lack of knowledge, or just laziness, she replied, "You can go to the other bank." I'm a long time Chase customer, and this is the WORST experience I've had with the bank."
