"The overall quality of this Chase location has gone down the drain. The only large self-serve ATM machine inside is almost always broken. You have a long wait for a teller - and they work at a snail's pace. The front door greeter never greets and avoids eye contact. Find another location or a new bank - their rates at terrible anyway."

"Horrible service waited two hours to be helped banker April blew my 80 yr old mother off I was next to be service and she still was of no assistance I informed the manager Mr.White I believe his name is I was never given a name even after I asked however he was also of no assistance I informed him his banker was rude and he basically suggested I take my business elsewhere ! If u know what’s best DO NOT go here! We trust your bank with our money and this is how u treat customers . I rather take the drive and be treated properly."
