"Very incompetent, this is the first citizen’s bank out of many that I’ve had a problem with. I wanted to withdraw from my CD account and they all didn’t know what to do and acted like chickens with their head cut off. They need to properly train employees. Can’t just let anyone off the street become a “banker.” This is supposed to be a skilled job. The women here had no idea what they were doing. Very disappointing"
