"The main door to the bank has not been working for a while so every time you go there early to go to the ATM you cannot get in you have to go back when the bank is opened. The only reason I gave it one star is because the line moves fast."

"I visited this branch on Utica Ave and Church Ave,when I'm in this side of town.Parking is hard to find,but once inside the line for ATM runs smoothly and you would be out soon.Sometimes because it's a busy Area ,I shop at the various West Indian groceries near by."

"Do NOT GO HERE!! I am use to going to the chase branches in Manhattan . This particular branch has the Worst service I ever received . Went there to open a account on Saturday and the employee told me that they stop opening banks accounts at noon on Saturday’s .. NOT TRUE BUT OK. That isn’t that same policy in Manhattan ... I tried going back the following Monday and there were two people ahead of me to open accounts .. I sat there with my baby for an hour and no one even came out to call any of us .. I took my business to Kings Plaza instead . kings plaza chase bank has way better customer service ."
