"If I could give 0 stars I would. Security put his hand in my face. Threatened to call the police. Didn’t give me my money. Kept making me try to use a machine. I will be filing a report and leaving chase due to this incident. Such imbeciles. I will be returning, collecting names, and reporting them to higher ups. Don’t go here."

"Extremely disappointed with this Chase branch. The staff are incredibly rude, incompetent, and show no willingness to help. They also make things up (which clearly contradict with official policies). In short, they like to choose the path of most resistance."

"This place definitely have no clue about customer service, I went to the window to cash out a check, after the person behind the window thoroughly review my check marking sure I didn’t steal it or fake it, he (Westin- wester. I ask for his name and he barely spoke) decide to ask me for a proof of ID so I give him my passport (Mexican passport, he said that was no proof, he need it a different ID a valid ID) on top of that he asume that I didn’t speak any English so he decide to denied cashing out my check this is not ok. CHASE YOU NEED TO CHOOSE BETTER YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TEAM. After I told them that I was a chase customer they try to chance the game their actitud but it was to late. I don’t think I will be going back to that bank. At lease not to a racist and poor customer service place like this one."

"Very rude service. I was standing by a teller window for 5 mins while neither teller acknowledged my existence. When I finally asked of the window was open the teller just nodded no without saying a word. I had to go back in line when they easily could have told me to go to the next window. The window was not marked as closed. I noticed they did greet African American customers happily but were not quote as nice to "others". Not okau"

"The only nice thing I can say about this bank is that the employees are polite when they speak to you. Service moves at a painfully slow pace even for the simplest of requests. On multiple occasions I have seen people give up and leave the bank before receiving help because they're so frustrated with long wait times for simple services. Employees are polite but do not appear to respect patrons' time-- I have frequently seen 3-4 employees seemingly unoccupied for periods of time and not assisting anyone, while customers only have 1 banker to go to. Also, if it matters, this is the dirtiest and smelliest bank branch I've ever been to. It's not insanely offensive, but this branch always appears in need of cleaning and does not smell good, especially in the lobby. Bottom line-- employees are polite and helpful once they actually get to you, but don't come here for anything if you're not prepared to wait 30+ minutes for help."
