"Bank teller Cadisha Brown had gave me a hard time while trying to withdrawal my funds. She is very unprofessional and it seems like she doesn’t know how to do her job. I will definitely go to another bank who care about the customers."

"Came in to open an account and waited for over an hour. They asked us to sign in then they didn't go off the sign in sheet, randomly selected people. If they did have a system they didn't communicate what it was. There was only 1 person here to assist and when another teller came the 1 went away leaving us with a long wait still. Go to another branch if you need good quick service. We left and went to another bank to open an account."

"Not a good branch. Poor customer service. Twice I went there needing something from the branch manager and she wasn't there nor was there an assistant manager. The I got attitude when I wanted the bank official to find out what branch had a manager available at that time that would have been convenient for me to get to. Bank officials take long lunches without informing waiting customers. Two days after a snowstorm this winter, the sidewalk, stairs, and ramp hadn't been shoveled and it was very slushy. No community concern."
