"I have a business mortgage loan and a equity loan with Dime I have been a long time customer. Dime customer service has to be the worse they never pick up the phone or reply back. Recently I was charged an over payment of 650.00 on my monthly equity loan payment and was never sent a letter explaining why. After several calls I found out was computer error. As of today i have tried numerous times to reach out to several different people with no help in getting my refund back. No one knows who’s coming or going and never at the desk picking up phone. If I could give 0 stars I would just bad customer service"
