"Waited like half an hour to be attended they keep telling me to wait becasue they have a meeting. There was no one else but me for a while but rhey kept going back and forth. Horrible cutomer service"
"This use to be a good branch. I don't know what happened to all the good experience bankers? I went into the bank to handle important matters. And I got an very inexperience banker named Arthur Puangpia. Arthur didn't know what he was doing. I asked for a manager, and was told their where in a meeting! I left out of this branch feeling worse then I did when I came in.When I asked for the branch managers ( Vanessa Colon)number they gave me a wrong number. I called and ask for the branch managers to call me back and was told they were in a meeting and they hung up the phone on me What bad customer service."
