Wells Fargo Bank 492 West 42nd Street, Manhattan, New York 10036

"The absolute worse experience EVERYTIME I enter this bank. It seems like they make up their own rules and/or don’t even know them. The branch manager Darlene is clueless. The bank is empty and some how I spent my whole lunch break to get an ATM transaction approved."

"Absolutely Empty branch (there was no any other customers) with 3 cashier , but I have to reschedule my appointment to open new checking account cause I m 20 minutes late , new reality they just don’t need my money"

"Bank full of lazy employees who don’t want to do anything. I came when the branch was empty with only one teller in the windows and no one else. I asked that I would like to open an account, the answer was - we are fully booked for today. Excuse me what?! I don’t see people doing anything or even presented on their places? Are you fully booked taking lunch in the kitchen? This brunch seems not interested in servicing clients."

Ms Saraphena is a wonderful person, very professional , very calm, smiling, welcoming, patient and with 1000%positive energy, just passing by the branch boost my mood because I remember her. She is serving the customer with the best service , and I usually have my service done perfectly regardless how long the time she spent helping me. May she has the brightest career future ever. All employees I met there are up to the standards. God bless all Wells Fargo’s teams, you just made our life easier. This branch deserves 5stars."

"I walked in at this branch , there was a woman , and a man talking to each other ( definitely work there to help customers out ). I waited seated for 15 min , they continued their conversation, laughing etc , the woman did glanced over a couple of times, never came over , or anybody else , so I left ( was trying to open a checking account , ended up across the street at chase , this story was a total 180."
