"I don’t trust Wells Fargo anymore because they keep telling you one story after another story instead of doing their job properly. this location supposed to be open on Saturday from 9 AM up to 12 PM, they tell me to come back on Saturday But the bank is closed on 07/13/2024. They tell me to come on Saturday to finish up my business but they are closed. This is a joke, they play with their customers all the time"

"I have lived in the community for 19 years and this bank is the worst in NYC. They don’t like BLACK PEOPLE the tall slim white lady is rude nasty and unprofessional. The Spanish man who is an account advisor he is very unprofessional. They rush you when you have a ? I watched a white woman come in and they spoke to her so nice and treated her with the most respect couple mins later a black or Spanish man came in and they was so nasty They need to remove and hire all new people for that location"
