"Terrible, terrible. The service I received today convinced me to change the bank. I’m taking my money to Chase. They have one teller, extremely slow. The ATM’s are not working. I was waiting 30 min on line just to make a deposit because this one teller took forever with just one person. There’s a blonde woman, which I think it’s the manager, walking around instead of helping the people on line."

"I deposited a check at the ATM of this branch on Saturday, Dec 11, the account reflects that it would be available next business day. Witch had to be available by Monday.. I call customer service they told me that the checks had not been pulled out of the ATM..now my account reflects a negative balance and in order to satisfy my current transactions.. I will be charged 35 in overdraft fees cause they have been so laid back at this branch.. I will never do a transaction at this branch ever again.. Thanks Bank Of america Kearny branch"

"Probably one of the worst bank of america locations ever. Bank of America is a good bank to have, is just this office in particular is awful. They're not useful at all, especially in a time of need, like were facing with this pandemic. The service of this BoA is horrible."

"They make you wait forever while they try to open up new accounts so they can make their quota/profit. Waited on line to make a deposit in a business account for my employer who holds a 2 million dollar balance. They don't speak English unless you ask them to and the manager Jessica is rude and obnoxious"

"This Bank of America is horrible when it come to lines. Walking in at 5:15pm on a Friday and seeing one cashier is unacceptable! There is about 18 ppl in line as I'm writing this. I understand everyone is working hard and it isn't the employees fault... However, MGMT needs to step it up. If you are looking for a job and can count, maybe you should.come here and apply for a cashier Position, they definitely need more people. I can't wait to leave this bank and use Chase instead."
