"Terrible experience. I was told one price for a loan From jackie. She stated if you get an $18000 loan and you put your vehicle as collateral. Your monthly payment would be $369 month. With a 13% interest So I made an appointment to bring my title in as they stated and When I get there The loan totally changed they said now it would be seven hundred dollars a month. Not good customer service practice and business. At least Have the common courtesy to call me beforehand so I can think about it. I'm coming in on my lunch break to find out. This was aall a total waste of my time. What you guys should do is honor the three sixty nine a month as I was quoted. This was just a bad experience overall very upsetting."
