"Will the people at this branch do absolutely anything not to work? I arrived with complete federal and state government papers proving the establishment of my business in order to open a small business account, and they made up some nonsense about my business address (which has been the same for ten years) not being valid. This is because a small business account is not worth their time. Judging from the other customer reviews of this branch going back eight years, the incompetence and failure is consistent. Is anyone in the corporate office paying attention? Do they care?"

"A friend received a TD bank check that was lost. After waiting for three months for a replacement .the TD Bank showed the check was cashed by a forgery of his signature about one week after it was lost. TD bank has refused to honor its responsibility to provide a replacement check to date. AS far as he has been lead to believe.TD BANK failed to PROPERLY verify identification of the impersonator. It Also failed to even have TD BANK camera records to reveal who impersonated him to make that Fraudulent encashment. The signatures also did not match from the outset. DO THESE FAILURES put me and everyone else at risk for losing money at TD Bank by forgery. And Impersonation? Also why does TDBank REFUSE TO fix its irresponsible banking and provide a replacement check?"
