"First off no one says hi. No one greets you. I’m the one that had to say good morning. On top of that, I had to tell them what I needed as opposed to them asking. How may I help you? I saw someone that may have been a manager glance at me instead of saying good morning. How are you, she just glanced. I find that rude even in my job. I have to say good morning to everyone to make eye contact too. She’s a manager out of branch why isn’t she greeting me? I could see why this bank was empty. also, when I had questions, the lady was rude. She wasn’t helpful at all."
