"Convenient and accessible"
"Not enough branches or ATM machines. The ATM machines are usually out of service. You have to make an appointment to see a representative and still have to wait on line outside. Have to wait nearly 2 weeks for a replacement debit card if you want it mailed to you. No 24 hour customer service and even during business hours you're put on hold for at least 45 minutes."
"It's an ATM ONLY!! Convenient if you want to withdraw or deposit. NO Teller Services here!"
"The worlds most inconvenient bank. every call is at least a 70 min wait just for them to tell you you have to make an appointment at a branch like the DMV. You take a number and sit there and wait alll day. It is 2021 why the hell must i take a day off from work to go to the bank????!!!?"
