"Very poor customer service. I wanted to get money out because I lost my debit card. I was informed I needed the debit card. I went to chase cross county and they did it no problem. Please avoid this place for your own sake"
"Probably the worst chase bank I’ve been to. Wait time is way to long. Outside, ATM machine always has issues. In my opinion this bank is poorly managed. I suggest using a different chase for financial assistance. For cash withdrawal, atm may work or may not."
