"I visited this branch today and was disappointed/ annoyed because the drive through hours of operation say 9-5pm on the window yet no one came to the window even after waiting 10 minutes and beeping my horn. I could see one teller inside so I went in because clearly that was only way that I’d be serviced. There were three tellers working and I waited on a short line behind one other person. I mentioned to the teller Frank and then Brandon that they should at least put a sign on the window if no one is available to help during the posted hours. Ian, the branch manager was helping other people or else I would’ve told him directly too. Overall, the practice is inconsiderate in general but even more so because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me and today I had to go inside pregnant and with a toddler."

"Mr. Peguero helped me a few days ago with a few things on my account (including getting a new card promptly since mine was destroyed). He was personable, professional, and quick with getting the job done. This branch has always been helpful, and it always brings forth a great experience."

"Without doubt the worst service of any Chase branch I've used and this spans 20+ years and multiple managers. There are some good people here but it's a few sh!tty tellers (aside from the diligent ones) that ruin this branch. Also, the property is rarely cleaned with the same litter remaining for weeks at a time."

"I am beyond disappointed with the service that I received from branch #511. This all began with me needed to order checks for my business account which I typically do at a Chase branch. Last week Monday I went into branch #511 to order my checks and they told me that I needed a copy of the actual check to show them in order to complete my request for ordered checks. I sent my daughter the following day to go and order the checks with a copy of the requested check in hand. The gentleman reassured my daughter that we will be receiving the business checks that we usually use. The checks that were mailed to us were personal checks of which we cannot use for our business. To make matters even worst I sent my daughter there today, April 25, 2018 to rectify the issue. Claudia who was suppose to be helping her was extremely rude and condescending. She was demonstrating frustration and even began to get a attitude with my daughter as well. She also made reference to my daughter being blind and circled the number and website address on the bottom of the check and indicated that she needs to call that number to order checks NOT come into the bank. I as a Chase business customer is completely upset at the situation that has happened and more importantly as an individual there is no need to display such behavior to another human being. My daughter was so upset and embarrassed that she didn't even get a chance to make a deposit or get the check situation resolved. Unfortunately, she was not able to get done what she set out to do and as a result I will have to do so."
