"I have had a positive experience with the Citizen’s Bank at 778 Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, NY. The new branch manager (Ramona De Jesus) is outstanding and knows how to run a branch. The customer service has been excellent. I have always found the employees to be friendly and helpful.
