"I usually don't leave bad reviews but every time I come here for notary I get upset and the same thing happens. I ask for a notary somebody says "you have to wait" in a slightly rude manner with no other info and then I watch as notaries go about their business and make me wait for insanely long stretches. Today I waited for 15 minutes while one guy had a clearly non urgent phone call with a colleague that lasted for the entire time I was there. He could have easily notarized while on the phone given the nature of the call. The other notary helped someone else and then when she finished told me she had to make a call and I would have to wait 15 minutes more. Don't make me wait or provide some kind of information about wait time, don't just grunt the word "wait" at me. I might not be in the silver lake bubble but all 7 of my accounts are with chase and customers deserve some basic level of service regardless of whether they think I have have millions with them or just need a notary."
"This small but friendly Bank may not have the local theme of downtown WP, but it is THE BEST when it comes to Customer Service, very helpful Tellers, and a free lot behind and across the street. I have closer branches but go out of my way here where I get 5 Star Banking."
