"ATM in lobby and tellers are friendly when I ask for change (quarters). The woman had to go to the vault for change. The 2 tellers were pleasant and joked with me. Also the shopping center has plenty of parking. One reason why I don't to the main branch on Mamaroneck ave."
"Very unpleasant experience with this branch. Was there a couple weeks ago to open a checking account. They denied me for a walk in. I made the appointment one week in advance and they had gave me an appointment with THELMA. one week later i came in for my appointment i was told that she was not in that day and she 'forgot' to block her calendar. How do you forget something like that with one week in advance notice. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time when i was waiting to do this for one week!!!!"
"Poor customer service. Have walked in on 5 separate occasions and the banker is NEVER around; does not seem like she ever wants to work! Must be a nice gig... ATMs rarely work or have cash in them, including the drive through. Poorly managed and staffed, should close and relocate this branch. Or keep it open, as Chase corporate is clearly rewarding incompetence here."
"There are two gentleman that work here and they are amazing!!! The women There are so nasty and rude. I spoke to a Norma today and I was very polite and just calling in for change and she was so nasty. I simply asked her for time frame for my change seeing that it's never done on time for me even though I call hours in advance for it. If I don't call I get rudeness for not calling. If I do call, they tell me it's "not personal it's a business". How are you going to tell me what it's for?!! It's my business what I need my money for. This place is terrible with their female employees and as a female myself, it's a shame!!"
